We took shelter in the Victoria Arcade and various shopping malls, then mixed with the frightening weirdos and people selling drugs paraphernalia and Storm watches in the Corn Exchange before slumming it in the market. Depressing amount of Big Issue vendors on the damp streets. And a depressing amount of McDonald's consumed. Hot-footed it back from this luxury to appear on BBC Radio Humberside's late night show with the hyperactive chatmeister and all-round good egg David Reeves. Seemed to go okay and I enjoyed it, although, as yet, it's made no difference to book sales. It's not too late for you to buy one. Indeed, it will never be too late. Go on.
