Chatting to a woman from Epilepsy Action. She was telling me how ignorant people are of the condition. And then I realised I know nothing about epilepsy. But felt too silly to ask her anything about it - she kindly assumed I knew all sorts of things and it wasn't necessary for me to really ask her about epilepsy - so will now find out all there is to know. So something good has come out of today. Hurrah! Another good thing was a lay-in due to blizzard conditions.
Sometimes I feel lost, adrift and alone. Like I'm still 16 and daft and stoopid and naive. Like I don't know anything. I wonder why?
