Remember Robert Lindsay's character Murray from Alan Bleasdale's GBH? That arm shooting up into the air involuntarily, turning him into a gibbering wreck. I work with a man with a similar disorder. Every time he laughs he accompanies it with a shout of "I look around". A fantastic verbal tick that has to be heard to be believed - although not everyone hears it. Suffice to say, this man is in management.
