A lot of fuss here following the C4 programme that singled out Hull as the worst place to live in the UK. As Mr Newton predicted, the HDM are springing to the city's defence. It's like a war on C4 at the mo' with suggestions flying around (unless I'm overhearing incorrectly) that the programme makers staged a lot of stuff, such as opening 101 chip shops, dumping dog excrement on the streets, doing crime and making kids fail their exams just so that Kirstie and Phil could make a few cheap jibes. Hull's the best, we all know that, and these people is just lying to make us seem bad now we can't defend ourselves with cod anymore.
