Pinch, punch first of the month and all that. Take these ingredients; one brand new tie, one baguette, three rashers of bacon and some ripe plum tomatoes. Take baguette filled with bacon and tomatoes, bite into it, watch tomatoes slide down your brand new tie. Feel stupid. Remove tie. That's it, you're done and you've successfully started another day at the office.
Had to write a small amount of publicity for the play for inclusion in some brochure or other. Eek. Later I had to leg it over to the theatre as the email I'd sent five hours earlier containing the words and some images never got there. They made me a cup of tea in return. It's all right, this creative business, there are so many perks.
