They acquitted themselves well, I think. They lost to the better team, whilst carrying the weight of an entire city on their shoulders. I didn't go to Old Trafford. I watched the game in a city centre pub full of Hull FC fans, with three lesbians and a packet of Quavers for company. Some things just aren't meant to be.
