Outnumbered...

...is my new favourite sit-com. Despite, that is, my dislike of Hugh Dennis and general loathing of Andy Hamilton. The kids, as appears to have been said everywhere else but here already, are stunning. Little improvising wonder Ramona Marquez (Karen) is the best thing on telly right now. Closely followed by the programme's Daniel Roche (Ben). I realise I come to Outnumbered one and a half series too late. Remember, you didn't read it here first. To think I used to provide features about entertainment and attempted to set the cultural agenda. Shame on me. Anyway, just to provide you with a nice soundbite, Outnumbered is the British Curb Your Enthusiasm the nation has been waiting for.
