G20 Summit or no G20 Summit, the sad fact is this: we no longer make anything that people in other countries need or want to buy. You can pump as much money into the IMF as you want, but that sad fact will not change. Where's the real money going to come from? We are, to use one of my favourite profanities, f*cked.

Who really wants to work in a factory of for their children to work in factories? Would you go back to bricklaying?
What's come over you Stephen? You saying we should leave the dirty work to 'the others', whoever they might be? Having made the change from blue collar to white, I can honestly say that working in an office is just as soul destroying as laying a thousand bricks a day. Offices and call centres are just 21st century cotton mills, are they not? I'd go back to bricklaying for that one week of sun we get in summer!
